Ashliana Mueller was born in Yorkville, IL in May of 2001. She is a Senior Graphic Design major with a Minor in Social Media Marketing. She is excited to be graduating May 13th, 2023 and begin a new chapter in her life. While at Bradley, she has been on the Dean’s list every semester and was the recipient of the John Bartlett Annual Scholarship in 2022. After graduating, she plans to move back home where she is currently a social media/graphic design intern for YPAC, a children’s performing arts center in her hometown. She hopes to continue growing as a designer and looks forward to the new opportunities that will await her after college.

Censorshp Posters: Knowledge is Power
This poster focuses on the destruction of knowledge. Playing on the words “Knowledge is power” this poster displays people in power burning knowledge. The goal of this is to demonstrate how censorship can take place when books or other sources of information that go against the ‘wrong’ ideology are destroyed to keep other people from seeing the information they hold.
Dance Playing Cards
The objective of this project was to create a deck of dance themed playing cards for Storm Dance Alliance. The deck can be sold as merchandise and help with the companies word of mouth marketing and/or be used to incentivise new memberships by giving new members a free deck. Each suit is a different style of dance with hearts being ballet, spades being jazz, diamonds being hip hop, and clubs being tap.
App Prototype
For this project, the goal was to come up with an original app idea and create a prototype. Questiality is an idea generation app that helps users cure their boredom. The app allows users to go on customizable quests that let them choose how far they want to go, how much they want to spend, how many people they want to bring, and how much time they want to spend. The app then gives users a quest designed to their needs.
Censorshp Posters: Hear Me
This poster focuses on how censorship is not always the deletion of information, but the overpowering and drowning of it. Many times if information gets out, to help silence the information it is given different labels to drown it out.
Censorship Posters: Ignorance is Not Bliss
This poster plays on the common saying of “Ignorance is bliss.” The imagery of a person with plugged ears, scratched out eyes, and a covered mouth demonstrates how people in power want to keep people in an ignorant, blissful state by keeping people from seeing information.
Wheelbee
The goal of this project was to design a hypothetical bike share company for Peoria, IL. This project required the creation of a brand name and brand image. Wheelbee was designed to inspire residents and guests of Peoria to explore the city and have fun. The bee theme and fun nature of the brand carries out in the website, bike wrap, and bike hub.

Magazine Spread
For this project, the objective was to take an article and find a preexisting magazine to make a magazine spread for it. The article chosen was about the video game Skyrim, so the magazine chosen was PC Gamer because it focuses mainly on video games.
