Confetti Floating Box Strawb Kiwi
Brief:
This hard seltzer needed a name, visual identity, and an identified target audience. I created a logo, brand pattern, brand color palette, and established the tagline and typography for Confetti Hard Seltzers. I designed three
labels that reflect their flavors, as well as a 12 can box
design that is able to be translated to additional flavors. The brand I created matches the quality of the product and the intended target audience.
Process:
Popping confetti is a symbol of celebration and joy, which is why I named this line of hard seltzers “Confetti”. I determined my target audience was people in college that have an active lifestyle, and that love fun, great taste and variety. I wanted this audience to feel relaxed, light, free, and fun, which is why I chose inviting typography and a bright color palette. The repeated shapes emulate confetti, and the silhouettes of the fruit that correspond to the flavor of the drink, give the product a unified feeling overall. Additionally, I chose to illustrate the fruit of each of the flavors, as it ties into the free and fun aspect of the brand that reaches the identified target audience. The combination of the overall design, chosen typography, illustration and the color palette convey the free and fun, yet refined visual representation of the brand.
